Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the entire EU and Switzerland.
Shipping costs:
- Austria: € 9.90
- Germany: € 21.20
- Other EU countries and Switzerland: € 23.40
Free shipping for orders over € 250 to Austria, and over € 350 to other EU countries and Switzerland.
Your order will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive your payment. Otherwise, you will be notified by email.
Returns:
If you want to return the goods, please inform us in advance by email. For returns, the shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. You have two weeks to return the goods. Please use the original packaging for the return. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send back the goods on time. To track the return, we kindly ask you to keep the return receipt. The return should be sent to: Atelier Cigler, Grünbergweg 1, A-4810 Gmunden. Once we receive the goods in their original condition (undamaged), you will be refunded the costs minus the shipping fees.
In case of transport damages, please report them immediately upon receipt of the goods to the carrier. Afterward, kindly inform Atelier Cigler about the observed transport damages.
To be environmentally conscious, we primarily use recycled packaging materials.
