Right of Withdrawal with online purchases<\/p><\/h1><\/div>

You have the right to withdraw your contractual declaration within two weeks without stating any reasons in written form (e.g., letter, email) or, if the goods are handed over to you before the deadline, by returning the goods. The withdrawal period begins after receiving this instruction in written form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before we have fulfilled our obligations to provide information according to Article 246 \u00a7 2 in connection with \u00a7 1 Abs. 1 and 2 EGBGB. Consequences of Withdrawal:<\/strong>
\nIn the event of an effective withdrawal, the mutually received benefits are to be returned, and any benefits gained (e.g., interest) are to be surrendered. If you cannot return the received benefits in whole or in part or can only return them in a deteriorated condition, you may be required to compensate us accordingly. This does not apply to the transfer of goods if the deterioration of the goods is solely attributable to their examination, as would have been possible, for example, in a retail store. In all other respects, you can avoid the obligation to provide compensation for the deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods by not using the goods as if they were your property and by refraining from any actions that could impair their value. Items suitable for shipping in packages are to be returned at our risk. You are responsible for the cost of return shipment. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
